We are looking for an Installer to join our team and help with the installation of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and installing our products in customer vehicles, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and providing customer support. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot installation problems.
• Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.50 - $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Florence, MS 39073: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
