We have a direct hire opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in Aston, PA. As an Inside Sales Rep, you'd be working within the facilities managing customer inquiries and assisting with product service information. If you've worked with Sales and Customer Service then this might be the right position for you!
Salary: $50,000-$55,000 depending on experience and position

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries whether by phone or in person.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Continue to build product knowledge to ensure that you can communicate effectively and enthusiastically regarding the company's diverse product lines.
- Accurately processing requests and orders.
- Complete branch transfers accurately.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable trust relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Any other projects assigned by management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years prior experience as a Customer Service Rep or sales experience.
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to remain pleasant and professional at all times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
