Position: Inbound Contacts Professional

Location: Remote
Duration: Contract to Hire

The Inbound Contacts Professional 2 addresses customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating members. Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it. Escalates unresolved and pending customer grievances. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have lockable office and separate workspace (follow up will be done to confirm the separate, private workspace). Candidate will be working with private information for ***.
• Must have internet speed of at least 25/1

Must be able to directly connect from the modem to the computer with an Ethernet cable.

• Must be able to type 30 WPM
• Less than 5 years of Customer Service experience
• Communication and time management skills
• Strongly prefer candidates with background in insurance
• Tech Savvy
• Preferred Call Center experience
• Prior experience working within the health service industry and/or service operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, have strong analytical skills, and strong attention to detail
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
