Job Summary

We are looking for talented instructors to teach at Los Osos Middle School. Subjects: Humanities / English / Social Studies. This position requires either a Multiple Subject Credential, Single Subject Social Science, or Single Subject English Credential and/or willingness to add onto single subject credential as needed.

  • Credential Copy (screen shot of CTC webpage, copy of out-of-state credential, or letter from university)
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (At least two (2). No more than 2 years old)
  • Resume

Comments and Other Information

A valid California credential authorizing instruction at the middle school level is required. Since this assignment is a CORE (two subjects together), a Multiple Subject credential OR Single Subject in either English and/or Social Sciences will be accepted. If you are in the process of completing your credential, please provide a letter from your university detailing your current status and expected conferral date. If you are from out of state, please attach a copy of your out of state credential. An English Learner authorization is required. Candidates not possessing this authorization will be required to complete an application for an emergency CLAD certification upon hire.
