Job Description


Human Resources

Availability: Hybrid - Tue/Wed/Thur - in office and Mon/Fri - remote

Requirements: Interest in employee relations and organizational culture as well as real estate and multi-family housing. Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Characteristics: Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and a positive can-do attitude.

Duties: Assist with new employee orientation, participate in new hire follow-up meetings, conduct stay interviews and participate in exit interviews, assist with employee investigations, assist with drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), learn how to run regularly used HRIS reports, conduct an employee handbook and on-line employee files audit, review and obtain hi-level exposure to payroll processing, participate in planning several employee engagement initiatives, attend a variety of conference calls for exposure to overall HR processes, assist with due diligence on new and existing projects, other duties and special projects as assigned
