Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the
Human Resources Generalist is to coordinate and facilitate human resources processes. This role provides administrative support to the human resources function as needed, including record-keeping, and file maintenance, as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field.
- Three (3) years of related experience.
- Must possess effective communications skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and highly confidential information.
- Must be detail orientated and possess a high level of organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment; must be flexible to changes in priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Human Resources related certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
