Human Resources Coordinator – US

The ALTO US Senior Director of Human Resources, US is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support and contribute to the growth and expansion of ALTO Alliance in the U.S. for both the People and Culture of ALTO’s present and future. This role will deliver highly visible business impact to our Senior Director of Human Resources. This role is an integral part of the corporate team for the future success both globally and locally, where ALTO serves.

Overview of Roles/Responsibilities:

· Responsible for various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, under the leadership of the SDHR.

· Assist in the recruitment process utilizing current Applicant Management System including but not limited to posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

· Coordinate new hire onboarding and off boarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

· Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.

· Assist in employee relations matters, including investigating complaints and helping to resolve conflicts.

· Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.

· Support the SDHR team in various projects and initiatives and other duties as assigned.

· Maintains both confidentiality and discretion for all HR matters, in both a timely and professional manner.

Basic Qualifications and Responsibilities:

· Exceptional interpersonal skills to be successful grounded in passion for individuals, our product and services, and the communities we serve!

· A “roll up your sleeves” and “Can Do” work ethic, with willingness and drive to always be learning.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational/work experience in Human Resources or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in an HR support role.

· Exceptional internal and external customer service when partnering with third party vendors and internal department leaders and support staff.

· Foundational understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

· Open to up to 10% travel required so, can be anywhere in the US, as long as agile and accessible for US travel.

· Must have a dynamic, high-energy personality and passion to serve staff that creates a positive impact.

· Strong computer skills to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, CRM systems/software, and “technology savvy” to learn and train on new technology used.

· Valid License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to perform job-related essential functions.

· Remote work experience and regional, multistate, multi-cultural, and/or multinational work experience a plus!!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
