Responsibilities

§ Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

§ Responds to employee inquiries via phone and email providing accurate and consistent information in a timely manner.

§ Organizes, maintains, and audits personnel records; including but not limited to New Hires.

§ Verifies and maintain accurate records of Work Authorization documentation.

§ Handles employee’s Employment Verification requests.

§ Tracks various requirements such as Performance Evaluations, Mandatory Training and EHS, produce applicable reports and inform management of evaluation due dates and other related requirements.

§ Create and maintain Table of Organization charts.

§ Create check requisitions and follow-up on payments for all Human Resources vendors.

§ Maintain employee filing system and ensure documentation is in appropriate sections; maintain record of off-site files.

§ Retrieve, date stamp, sort and distribute all Human Resources mail; including faxes.

§ Assists with preparation for new employee orientation by ordering meal, including but not limited to creating and issuing employees’ ID badges.

§ Organize and facilitate monthly Policy and Procedure Committee Meetings; including the accurate recording of minutes.

§ Organize and facilitate monthly Human Resources Department staff meetings; including the accurate recording of minutes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in related field

Minimum 1 year of HR experience

Preferred Qualification

2 Years preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
