Job Title: Payroll and HR Manager

Job Overview:
The Payroll and HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's payroll and HR functions, including employee benefits, compensation, compliance, and performance management. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in the service and repair industry, and SHRM-SCP qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the company's payroll system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support the company's mission and values.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage the performance improvement process.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external HR vendors, such as benefits providers and payroll processing companies.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the service and repair industry.
- SHRM-SCP certification is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and build relationships with external vendors.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary for this position is $80,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
