The Islamorada Resort Collection is excited to be hiring multiple Call Center Reservation Sales Agents! The Reservation Sales Agent (RSA) is responsible for creating a positive and fun first impression by providing detailed information and visual descriptions of the hotel and Islamorada Florida Keys experience to customers ultimately converting inquiries into bookings. This position is available either on-site or remote, within a three-hour drive of Central Florida. There will be a Monthly Bonus Performance as well.
Primary responsibilities:
  • Accepts and services all incoming inquiries related to room reservations including telephone calls, email and text messages
  • Delivers a customized reservation and customer service experience to those inquiring about room reservations
  • Provide detailed information of hotel rooms, amenities and packages
  • Follow established SOP (standard operations procedures)
  • Ensure high level of accuracy and details for all reservations
  • Anticipate and handle all guests' special requests and needs
  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned from leadership
Tools for Success:
  • Enjoys presentation of products, services and a general interest in destination travel
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Navis and/or SynXis experience a plus
  • Superior customer service mentality and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive on continuous progress in a high volume, fast paced, sales-focused environment
  • Clear and enthusiastic speaking voice
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must have a flexible work schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Conveys information, both written and verbal, that is clear, precise, and understood by others
  • Thrives in a competitive environment that celebrates individual and team successes
  • Proficiency in typing
  • Remote positions may be available within a three-hour drive of central Florida. Must sign and adhere to remote Call Center policy and be available to travel to the call center office on occasion
