HomeVestors, America's Largest Home Buyer (We Buy Ugly Houses), has a local Las Vegas location. We are looking to fill a buyer position. We advertise to the local market area (Mail, TV, Billboards, Online, etc.) and home owners call our office to sell their home. We buy homes (10-20 a month) as a quick cash transaction, remodel them, and sell them for profit. A buyers role is to go to appointments, build trust with the seller, and offer solutions, making an offer to purchase the home. The buyer also looks for other leads to buy houses.

We are looking for someone who is good at making people feel comfortable. A good candidate will have a passion for meeting people, show empathy, and offer solutions. We believe this position is more about people and less about real estate, which can be taught. If you excel at creating relationships and have a desire to help people this will be a position you will enjoy. A good candidate will be a team player, outgoing, good listener, enjoys meeting and engaging new people, can show empathy, and eager to learn the home flipping business. Real Estate experience is not required, but can be helpful. A Buyer is a sales position. Candidates must have a clean background. Training will be offered. Our office is ranked in the top 10 nationally so you will be on a winning team. We are looking for someone to be motivated and self-driven. This organization can teach you to be financially independent and own rental properties.

Requirements:

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and financing options (preferred)
• The willingness to work extended hours

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with a pay range of $100,000-$200,000, depending on experience and performance. The compensation package includes base salary, commission, and future bonuses based on the number and quality of properties purchased. Additionally, we offer advice, guidance and hands on assistance with becoming a real estate investor and creating a retirement for yourself through buying and holding properties.
