Our company, Touching Hearts at Home, is looking for people who have a passion for helping others to join our caregiving team. We serve a diverse group of clients with various needs and capabilities. Job duties will vary depending on which client(s) you are placed with.

Typical job duties may include, but are not limited to:

· Providing companionship, including friendly conversation, assisting with hobbies, providing emotional support, etc.

· Assistance with personal hygiene, including bathing, toileting, dressing

· Assistance with meals, including prep, clean-up, feeding, and encouraging healthy dietary habits

· Assistance with light housekeeping such as laundry, dusting/vacuuming, sweeping/mopping, decluttering, etc.

· Assistance with transportation and errands, including shopping, running errands, and accompanying to appointments, religious services, and/or family gatherings.

· Assistance with mobility, including monitoring walking, assisting with transfers, and encouraging exercise.

Applicants MUST meet the following requirements:

· Have a valid DRIVER’S LICENSE

· Have a RELIABLE VEHICLE and AUTO INSURANCE in your name

· Have or be willing to complete a 2-STEP TB TEST OR QUANTIFERON BLOOD TEST OR CHEST X-RAY

· Be willing to travel throughout ALL of Delaware county and parts of Chester county

· Be willing to work at least one weekend shift

· We will be conducting criminal background checks as well as personal and professional reference checks.

We have a variety of shifts available, including:

· Mornings (7, 8, 9, or 10am start times)

· Evenings (3, 4, 5, or 6pm start times)

· Overnights (9, 10, or 11pm start times)

· Weekends (morning, evening, and overnight shift available

We offer flexible, weekly scheduling based on your availability. Shift start and end times vary depending on the needs of our clients. Shifts can be anywhere from 1-2 hour wellness checks, to 12 hour shifts.
