Health & Safety Technician Intern (PRL Intern) - Barcelona

We're looking for an Health & Safety Intern to join the H&S ES team in Barcelona!

The Health & Safety team is responsible for having safety operations, assisting stores to have safe working conditions by identifying hazards and driving corrective and preventive actions together with relevant stakeholders upon them. Ensuring our compliance with safety rules and policies and planning the best safety training to improve our team skills. Working everyday to ensure we have a safe environment to work in by identifying dangers and minimizing risks.

What You Will Do
- Support accident report check and update.
- Help the team with any administrative tasks.
- Work together with teammates to prepare risk assessments and special projects within the department.
- Participating in informing personnel about safety standards / briefings.
- Review courier tracking infractions and driving behaviors.
- Prepare internal and external reports.
- Help the team to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as: H&S Manager, G-Stores Staff / Operations departments, Legal / Finance departments and H&S suppliers.
What you need
- Currently studying or just finished a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Health & Safety (Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales).
- Internship agreement (convenio) with current university / business school / master's degree is a must
- Advance/Native Spanish and at least B2 level of English. Portuguese is a plus
- Full - Time availability preferred but not essential
- 0-2 years of experience in retail (delivery rider) will be valued
- Technical training / knowledge of Safety will be valued
- Open minded, multi-tasking, resolutive, problem-solver
- Excel knowledge is a plus
