Preferred Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Essential Job Duties

• Greet all gym members and visitors as they enter and exit the building
• Sell day passes to visitors
• Verify all members during check-in
• Ensure member accounts are current and active
• Assist members with their accounts including updating billing information, cancellations and collecting unpaid balances
• Review gym rules with all new members
• Communicate with Sales Staff and assist with all new member enrollment processes
• Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals
• Restocking all consumable products throughout the facilities
• Rerack weights and pickup equipment while keeping to the highest cleanliness standards
• Uphold Alphaland’s high standards of cleanliness through completion of daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Provide on the floor assistance to gym members
• Frequently perform a comprehensive walk around of the gym to identify any safety hazards or broken equipment
• Perform opening and closing procedures'

Additional Job Duties

• Standing and moving throughout the facility to accomplish all tasks during a scheduled shift
• Bending, walking, and twisting
• Handling cleaning chemicals
• Other job duties as assigned by management

Required Skills / Experience

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
