About Us: iLoveKickboxing.com offers group classes in fitness kickboxing; we do a fighters’ workout...without the fight! Nobody gets hit, hurt or made to feel bad. ILKB is a well-established, international brand, committed to providing the best affordable and accessible fitness classes to our community. ILKB is currently established in 44 states and 3 countries. Our class formats target a wide range of clients' needs - from young to more senior, from beginner to advanced.

POSITION: No kickboxing experience...no problem! We will train the right person to become a top-notch ILKB Instructor. In addition to teaching fitness classes, the iLoveKickboxing Kickboxing Instructor assists the Studio Manager with new membership enrollment and sales as well as administrative duties. They also assists with retaining current members and ILKB apparel and product sales. Group Fitness Training and Sales are preferred, but not required.

Essential Job Functions
 Instruct fun, safe and challenging classes
 Ability to demonstrate a variety of exercises with proper form and technique
 Constructively correct form and technique to minimize injury and improve physical fitness
 Meet with members to help establish fitness goals
 Clearly explain membership options to potential members and accurately complete membership agreements
 Reach monthly sales and closing goals
 Complete and prioritize daily studio checklist including but not limited to maintaining a clean studio, answering phones, scheduling appointments, restocking supplies, etc.
 Utilize social media to market, network and engage members and potential members
 Promote the iLoveKickboxing brand and culture
 Build rapport with staff, members and potential members

 Positive attitude
 Exceptional ability to listen and be a role model
 Excellent customer service and communication skills
 Ability to motivate others

Physical Demands
While performing the essential functions of this job, the instructor is required to
see, speak and hear. Must be able to stand, have high energy and endurance for
extended periods of time. Must frequently bend, stoop, stand, push, pull, kick, hit and lift body weight.

BENEFITS: This position offers a top local wage for Part-Timers and a professional salary for Full-Timers with Health Insurance benefits; based on experience. Employee commission is paid on sales in addition to opportunity for bonus based on performance. Huge opportunities for growth within the studios!

Typical Shifts: 5:30am-2:15pm, 11:30am-8:00pm, 2:00pm-9:45pm Monday - Saturday (closed Sunday)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
