Serviguide BPO, perteneciente al grupo HPS, precisa incorporar un perfil de Gerente/Jefe de Equipo de Transformation WS

Ofrecemos:

Requisitos

You`ll need proven soft skills to:

• 
  probe for additional information, clarifies assumptions and confirm agreed-upon actions
• Use information and data effectively to support a position and present a rational case
• Develop and document quality controls, processes, improvements…
• Present to leadership on ongoing projects and other domain priorities, as well as consistency and efficiency of work performed
• Take responsibility for achieving strong results, despite balancing multiple complex demands

Other abilities required are:

• 
  Knowledge and application of EU/US regulations (DFA, EMIR, MIFID…) and an understanding of CIB Banking and Markets; less experienced candidates will be considered if they can offer compensating knowledge or experience in CIB Banking and Markets, such as products or knowledge of banking operations.
• Knowledge of key business areas (1,2 and 3 Lines of Defense, and Legal) and governmental regulatory agencies.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret government regulations, trade journals and legal documents
• Ability to effectively deal with senior management
• Ability to work cross-functionally as a team player.
• Excellent verbal and written english communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint) skills
• Strong administrative, organizational and project management skills
