• SLIM CHICKENS: We are developing Slim Chickens in every major city across North Dakota and Montana. We currently have restaurants in Minot, ND, Williston ND, Fargo, ND, and Helena MT.

Our starting salary/bonus for General Managers ranges from $94,000 - $100,000 or more per year (depending on experience, restaurant location, restaurant sales volume, etc.). We offer major medical/dental/vision benefits, profit sharing, 100% matching retirement plan, a company paid trip for 2 to our annual leadership conference, and much more! Our Assistant General Managers, and Managers-In-Training, start at $50,000 - $55,000 or more per year plus benefits.
