Our company is looking for a General Manager to set the tone for our organization and guide employees towards success. The ideal candidate will be able to create an environment that is conducive to cooperation and teamwork, and will be responsible for developing innovative strategies that will support our business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Regional Manager and Director of Operations in establishing and maintaining the policies, procedures and goals of the company.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and monitor budgets for departments within the organization.
- Communicate goals, objectives and policies to employees.
- Ensure that operations are carried out according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure that research activities are conducted according to established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate activities between departments and with outside organizations.
- Provide information to upper management as needed.
- Treat everyone as if they are invaluable to our company and structure.... becausre they are

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
