CKO Kickboxing of Hoboken, New Jersey is looking for front desk sales associates and trainers to help in creating client-relationship, sales, marketing and member communications.

Our team at CKO Hoboken is very family-focused. We are all about building a growing community of positive-minded individuals who are always engaged in celebrating member-accomplishments while helping to maintain the gym business functions.

The front desk sales associate would assist in the following areas:

• Greeting members & guiding them through our community
• Helping new members through the joining process
• Communicating with members/non-members via phone, text or e-mail
• Maintaining the front desk and other areas of the gym
• Assisting with social media content concepts
• Building positive relationships at community events
• Running POS and assisting with inventory
• Developing Marketing and Advertising ideas
• Following daily gym protocols (including opening and closing depending on shifts)
• Giving new guest orientations

We believe in the potential for collaborative growth and are also eventually looking to advance members of the team to Sales and Community Managers if certain quotas and goals are met on a consistent basis.

While running CKO Classes in not required, we are always open for the potential to expand the position into also being a CKO Instructor (training would be provided and is required if this is an avenue you may be interested in pursuing).

Prior experience in the fitness industry is not a requirement but would help. Ultimately, we would like candidates who have prior experience in building communities while providing positive customer service to clients/guests. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
