Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist - Children Program (PCCF - Preferred Center for Children and Families)
Location: Route 88, Brick New Jersey

Job Description/Summary
Provides administrative and clerical support to PCCF. Responsible for daily front desk flow and organization. Proficient in operating office equipment and technology; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet; Customer Service experience; Ability to function independently; Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for scheduling appointments for prescriber/clinicians.
- Answer incoming phone calls, maintaining professionalism and courtesy, and distributing messages accordingly.
- Scanning/filing/copying/faxing of all necessary documents as needed.
- Demonstrates ability to operate all office equipment and assists with maintain functionality of same.
- Sort and distribute mail and faxes.
- Responsible for collecting copays and managing daily cash sheet.
- Maintains waiting area and restocks office supplies.
- Maintains a professional appearance, while keeping appropriate boundaries and confidentiality when interacting with children, families, staff, and any visitors of PCCF.
- Maintains a professional-appearing workspace that promotes efficiency.
- Seeks timely supervision with questions.
- Various special projects, including typing, mailing, etc as required by Office Manager.

- Basic Computer skills Ability to use Microsoft Word
Qualifications
- Medical office or healthcare customer service/clerical experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalency
- High volume consumer-contact environment; Courteous telephone manner, as well as professional appearance
