We're looking for motivated individuals to join our INAUGURAL staff at the brand new Physique 57 Hoboken location. Be part of history and become a founding staff member at the very first Physique 57 location in NJ!

Physique 57 is the pioneering leader of barre-based fitness classes. We are a rapidly growing fitness and media company based in New York City with US franchise locations in addition to studios in Dubai, Bangkok, and India. Our instructors teach fun, engaging, safe, and effective exercise, and our Client Success Team provides a high level of service consistent with our position as a luxury brand.

The Studio Associate contributes to the company’s revenue growth through superior sales, client attendance and retention, staff development, and expense management. The Studio Associate will directly hire, manage, and develop Operations staff including Client Services Team members and Housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities

● Increase studio’s financial success by growing daily client attendance and retention
● Optimize class schedules and teacher assignments
● Grow existing client attendance and create recovery programs for lapsed clients
● Actively participate in, and attend, lead generation events (community, marketing, corporate)
● Provide an outstanding boutique shopping experience
● Create and maintain an upscale fitness atmosphere focused on customer retention and satisfaction
● Effectively hire and train Client Success Team to develop a high-performing team
● Engage with clients while in the studio to maintain a pulse on client satisfaction
● Manage day-to-day facility inventory and maintenance to ensure a luxury brand look and feel

Qualifications

· 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment
· Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
· Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
· Deliver an exceptional and personalized experience to our clients on a consistent basis, including learning about each client

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
