JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for invoice reconciliation and processing; working directly with service providers, placing a strong emphasis on attention to detail, professionalism, and follow through. Supports freight and logistics activities/projects to ensure business expectations are met and/or exceeded.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage billing and invoice allocation processes, as well as spend reallocations for the Department and dry docks.
- Research and resolve accounting issues related to process flaws. Manage vendor payment and invoice processing. Identify budgetary and financial anomalies and drive resolutions.
- Create financial month-end closing summaries and year-end performance results for CCL freight and logistics budget.
- Manage day to day front office operations - Support phone and email communications, meeting/event coordination, general IT requests, office equipment coordination, new hire setup process, office supply inventory and purchases, and sourcing cost-effective vendors for the front office.
- Serve as the department coordinator for document retention and management.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Associate's Degree
- 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience providing senior level coordination and administrative support.
- Working knowledge in accounting principles and issues.
- Travel coordination and Travel & Expenditure processing
- KSAs
- Must have strong command of Microsoft Office programs, including advance level of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
- High level of flexibility and ability to function in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
- Successfully balance multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

The hourly rate for this role is $17.55- $26.00- . Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
