JOB SUMMARY
Coordinates vehiclel maintenance and repairs for all shops of County Fleet Management, maintains accurate documentation, and logs proper information to ensure correct billing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Utah Driver License issued by the State of Utah at the time of employment.

Under the general supervision of the Fleet Services Supervisor, coordinates repairs for all shops of Fleet Management.- Ensures all information entered into the tracking system is accurate and complete.
- Responds to calls and emails requesting repairs of vehicles and equipment in the field.
- Coordinates with County division managers regarding maintenance of vehicles and equipment, fields any questions regarding service, and follows through with completion of maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinates with shop supervisors, parts room personnel, and office management to ensure all invoices, including warranty invoices and lubrication/preventative maintenance invoices are collected reviewed for accuracy, and entered into the tracking system.
