Seeking a financial coordinator/book keeper.

We are a busy, established Orthodontic practice in Novato and Santa Rosa. We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality orthodontic care in a fun, friendly environment. Our team is like a family and we’re looking for the right person to join us.

Qualifications, Duties and Skill Set:

General bookkeeping duties - accounts payables, accounts receivables, reconcile checking and credit card accounts using QuickBooks. Call in payroll to an outside payroll company, prepare and send month-end reports to CPA. Run automatic credit card accounts, post patient payments, send statements as needed, and track delinquencies using a specific Orthodontic software program.

• Good work ethic - Reliable, dependable and punctual
• Bilingual a huge plus!
• Team Player with good multi-task ability
• Excellent computer skills
• Detail oriented
• Quick learner, able to adapt and work on his or her own after learning

Position is 3-4 days per week. We have an amazing team, practice and patients. We work hard and teamwork matters. Experience with QuickBooks, insurance, ortho or dental is a huge plus but WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!
