Responsibilities:

What you’ll do as the F&I Manager:

  • Finalize all paperwork necessary in car deals in a timely and accurate manner for submission to the accounting department
  • Secure the sale of the vehicle and protect the front-end gross
  • Submit all paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals
  • Maintain minimum acceptable standards with regards to the sale of F&I products and financing
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers, regardless of their financing or purchasing decision
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with several lending sources
  • Develop and utilize monthly forecasts to establish and achieve monthly objectives
Qualifications:

What you’ll need to be our F&I Manager:

  • Highly precise worker, who remains cautious while respecting authority
  • Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic
  • Detail oriented and conservative, with a preference for high quality and technical expertise
  • Previous experience in a dealership F&I Department, selling of financial services, and/or automotive sales
  • Ability to sell a minimum quota according to the dealership standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license without restrictions
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products
