APB Logistics Inc. is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground that services the North-West Gainesville and Tioga/Newberry areas. We are looking to hire Full-time and Part-time delivery drivers to operate large company owned delivery vehicles based out of the FedEx Ocala terminal. Work Hours: Start time of 8:00am with typical end time around 4:00pm

Terminal Location: 3100 NW 35th Avenue Road, Ocala, FL 34475-4620 United States

Stop bonuses of an extra $1 over 100 stops

No CDL required! Commercial driving (Amazon, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) experience is preferred, but not required.

This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck many times each day. You must be able to lift up to 50-lb unassisted, and must be able to maneuver up to 150-lb with a dolly, sometimes up a flight of stairs.

BENEFITS:

• PAY: $135 per day with potential increase to $150 after 90 days
• Paid WEEKLY via direct deposit
• Stop bonus of an extra $1 over 100 stops

• Opportunity for Paid personal day once per quarter with perfect attendance
• Paid training - $120 per day (first 2 weeks)

Driver Qualifications & Requirements:

All applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria (NO EXCEPTIONS):

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Physically able to handle packages up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with dolly
• Physically able to get into and out of large delivery vehicle multiple times each day
• Have dependable transportation
• The ability to locate suburban addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must
• Previous experience at FedEx, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, LaserShip, or DHL is preferred but not required

Driver Responsibilities:

The Driver must have a good sense of direction and the ability to work quickly, productively, independently, respectfully, safely, and responsibly.

• Make designated stops and designated pick-ups efficiently
• Verify paperwork via electronic device for deliveries and pick-ups
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Must be able to lift (up to) 50 lbs unassisted and up to150lbs with a dolly
• Work safely to prevent injury to yourself, to others, and damage to products and property
• Follow safe driving practices at all times
