The Executive Assistant provides support for the Chief Executive Officer and other key staff members. This position provides support in the areas of clerical, reporting and administrative duties.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
Provides administrative support for the CEO and other key staff members as required, including correspondence, answering telephone, managing CEO’s daily schedule of appointments and maintaining department’s office supplies
Initiates creative ideas to assist the CEO in accomplishing tasks and goals; anticipates needs and responds appropriately.
Maintains a liaison relationship with Directors and Managers, as well as other organizational and corporate staff. Keeps CEO informed of pertinent information.
Ensures appropriate notification of meetings; prepares agenda and distributes notices; maintains hospital wide calendar of events.
Attends, records, and transcribes minutes for the following meetings: Sr. Operations, Department Head, EOC, Quality Council, Medical Executive, Governing Board, and others as requested. Ensures minutes are prepared in conformity with regulatory agency requirements; monitors follow through on action plans.
Assists in coordinating materials for meetings and accreditation projects such as JCAHO and ASMA
Proficiently prepares documents utilizing spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software programs.
Coordinates travel for CEO and other staff as needed
Prepares and maintains contract files, ensuring contracts are current and properly documented.
Maintains current CME files for medical staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per day

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Anchorage, AK 99508: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
- Executive Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
