Electrical Engineer II / Technical Support

Spray Tech / Junair is a dynamic, rapidly evolving, & continuously improving business based in Rialto, CA. We relentlessly strive for excellence & are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer II /* Technical Support* Candidate with similar ideals. Our growing Corporation is thriving in industrial solutions by supplying Industrial Solvent Paint Spray Booths, Direct Gas Fired Industrial Heaters, Industrial Control Panels. The ideal Candidate must have working knowledge of electrical control systems, and the ability to lead, train and cooperate with others.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design electrical control systems by developing schematics in AutoCAD Electrical, PLC Programs, HMI Layouts, component layout drawings using Autodesk Inventor, bills of materials, and verify functionality of control systems after assembly.
• Meet deadlines based on a strict schedule

· Participate in design & categories meetings with sales Team, engineers & customers.

• Ensure Code and Standards are met by designs
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy and quality of designs.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of Control panels and heaters
• Assist customers and Dealers in the field by providing Technical Support
• Address quality issues presented by customers or assemblers.
• Occasionally Travel to assist installations and resolve customer issues
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge to maintain standards and improve quality

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering

· PLC Programming Experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.)

· Schematic Drafting Experience (AutoCAD or other CAD Drafting software)

· Hands-On Electrical Troubleshooting or assembly of electrical Components

· Management Experience

· Strong Communication Skills

· Strong Writing Skills

· Strong Attention to Detail

· Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

· 2-3 Years of Engineering Work Experience

Desired Qualifications:

· Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering

· Human Machine Interface (HMI) Design Experience/Application Design(Easy builder Pro, Siemens, etc.)

· 3D Modeling Software Experience (Autodesk Inventor, Solid works)

· Customer Service/ Tech Support Experience

· Exposure to ECI JOBBOSS2 Software

· Seeking or having Licenses in Electrical Controls Engineering

· Have received Training in or have knowledge in navigating UL508A, NFPA 33,70,79,86

· Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
