We provide ongoing education to improve your coaching skills, including outside presenters and internal collaborations with other Cleveland Clinic departments and providers. You will also work with Senior Coaches, take initiative and lead projects, and share your ideas to grow the program.

- Participating in weekly coaching meetings for status, updates, and discussion of research and current relevant topics.
- Assisting with sales and customer presentations as needed.
- Maintaining participant engagement in program through use of Clinician built protocols.

- Has strong computer and technology skills.
- Is motivated to work from home with little supervision.

- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Engages with participants of Cleveland Clinic's eCoaching Program via electronic methods on a daily basis.
- Maintains participant engagement in program through use of Clinician built protocols.
- Utilizes scripted e-mails which can be tailored to personalize communication.
- Utilizes on-line systems to track and record information, respond to inbound e-mails, and prompt participants who are not responding.
- Participates in weekly coaching meetings for status, updates, and discussion of research and current relevant topics.
- Participates in outreach efforts through social media, blogs, health fairs, etc.
- Assists with on-boarding and re-enrollment of participants.
- Assists with sales and customer presentations as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school required.
- Degree or progress toward degree in Nutrition, Education, Social Work, Exercise Physiology or related field is strongly preferred.
Certifications:
- None requires.
Complexity of Work:
- Requires critical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a health care or customer service environment.
- Computer literacy and organizational skills to perform multiple activities.
- A Bachelor's Degree may offset required experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Board Health & Wellness Certification (NBHWC) or other health/wellness coach certification program highly preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume, remote coaching program
- Health coaching experience via phone, email, and messaging
