Monaghan Medical Corporation (MMC), found in Plattsburgh, New York (USA), is a leader in the development and manufacture of aerosol drug delivery and airway management devices to treat respiratory patients. Our trade names include the AeroChamber® Valved Holding Chamber family of products, the Aerobika® Oscillating Positive Expiratory Pressure Deice (OPEP) device, and the AeroEclipse® II Breath-Actuated Nebulizer (BAN).

Monaghan Medical is expanding into the Retail Pharmacy markets and is seeking a Director of Sales Non-Acute/Pharmacy Markets.
The Director will develop and execute business plans to launch Monaghan's direct ownership of Retail Pharmacy and non-acute business, manage key relationships within Retail Pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical wholesale distributors, and non-acute customers. This role will be responsible for identifying key customers, market opportunities, product launch strategies, distribution strategy formulation, and sales execution to ensure success and attainment of Company sales and profitability objectives.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Science or a related field of study required and 5+ years sales medical or pharmaceutical sales experience. Minimum 3 years market management / business development experience in Retail Pharmacy industry, specifically promoting medical device and/or pharmaceuticals.
Candidate must have proven record of successful product launch plans, achieving business objectives and market share growth. Ability to develop and implement sales strategy to deliver revenue, with current relationships in Retail Pharmacy chains and wholesale. Strong, proven record of developing Retail Pharmacy strategic plans and tactics.
Candidate must demonstrate attention-to-detail and self-driven sense of urgency. Proven ability at senior management level within medical devices, pharmaceutical or consumer brands market. Candidate must be able to develop and maintain solid and positive, professional relationships with exceptional creative, analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must be able to multi-task, concentrate, and prioritize to meet deadlines and goals. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Base Salary - $160,000 - $185,000
