POSITION SUMMARY:


The Director of Outpatient Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the outpatient services and programs offered at the facility, ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all outpatient services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of a outpatient treatment programs.


Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:


Education
: Masters Degree from an accredited program related to mental health or nursing.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in advanced outpatient/management practice.

License: Appropriate state licensure and a valid driver’s license is required..

Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws, regulations and State licensing governing hospitals and mental health care facilities.

    • Full time and part time employees (scheduled 20 or more hours per week) and their families are eligible to be covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance

    • Full-time Employees are eligible for 21 days of PTO annually. Part-time employees are eligible for also eligible for PTO depending on FTE.
    • Extended Leave Bank sick hours accrue at a rate of 1.85 hour per pay period for Full-time employees, and is prorated according to hours worked for part-time employees
    • Holiday hours are included in the PTO accruals
