Direct Support Professional needed for 1st shift with $600 SIGN ON BONUS!

Working as a Direct Support Professional at the ARC Grove City location, you will be able to assist with providing care and facilitating therapeutic activities. DSPs are expected to demonstrate a desire to create lasting positive impacts on people's lives and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to celebrate their achieved outcomes.

Schedule: 1st Shift hours – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm – Monday through Friday

Location: Grove City, Ohio

Salary: Up to $32,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting participants with educational, social, and recreational resources
• Uphold the rights, dignity, and respect of all persons served as well as promote independence and self-advocacy skills. Teach new hard and soft skills in a variety of settings.
• Document services provided
• Aid everyone based on their Person-Centered ISP:
• Provide input for participant ISPs.
• Participate in all required meetings and staff training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
