Position

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Manager will lead the overall acceleration of the Digital Transformation, contributing actively to the brand elevation. The Digital Manager will be responsible of crafting and executing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing paid and unpaid brand content across all digital channels.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the Local Digital Strategy including social medias, media campaigns, influencer marketing, CRM, Clienteling programs, Brand website content;
  • Lead disruptive 360 programs with a focus on digital (CRM, eBusiness) that supports the Global Marketing calendar;
  • Drive Digital Marketing Campaigns with an emphasis on social Medias (medias plan, cooperation with medias Agencies) with managing ROI/Effectiveness to pilot local initiatives which reflect customer demand and market trends;
  • Innovate and highlight new launches and campaigns on digital channels of our e-retailers through tailormade customer activations;
  • Optimize all digital channels including SEM/ SEO, Display, affiliate, and programmatic media and set action plans based on channel performance and insights
  • Collaborate regularly with global and regional functions across multiple departments (Retail Marketing, PR/Communication. Trade Marketing, Sales) to ensure alignment and perfect execution & implementation of every single digital activation
  • Plan and operate the budget for all digital marketing activities in Spain, including planning future spend
  • Monitor KPIs, Data Management, Digital Performance, and consumer engagement
  • Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities


Profile

  • Master’s degree with a specialization in Digital
  • At least 5 years of experience across CRM, Media & Digital Marketing as Digital Manager and Leader

Furthermore, you:


  • Have great knowledge of digital landscape, trends and network
  • Have experience in working with digital tools like: Adobe CRM platform, digital media formats, KPI’s, SEO, Google Analytics 360
  • Have proven track of digital transformation within companies
  • Have practical experience in managing cooperation with media houses / agencies / stakeholders
  • Great leadership ability and natural ways of inspiring your environment
  • Are analytic and detail-oriented professional
  • Are Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Are pro-active, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results within complex environments consisting of variety distribution channels
  • Have great interpersonal skills & negotiation skills
