Within the Strategy Unit, reporting directly to the Digital Innovation Leader, the mission of the position will be:

• Promote the digital transformation of the company in an innovative and creative way; ensuring the contribution of value.

• Inspiring internal and external stakeholders in digital ambition , based on the company's strategic decisions

• Accountable for building and activating the digital engagement strategy in the affiliate for allocated customers groups, and product owners for the transversal capabilities assigned (services, channels or touchpoints)

• Identify the key channels for Roche Spain and ensure their creation prior to the implementation of specific initiatives

• Measure the impact of all activities carried out in digital channels and define standard metrics that allow assessing the return of the actions

• Integrate multi-channel metrics in the company's business reports

• Ensure and implement omni-channel actions based on the customer's profile

• Explore and experiment digital innovation to improve the new engagement model including digital health solutions

• Promote the co-creation of digital solutions with internal and external stakeholders

Experience and Knowledge:

• University degree

• Desirable Master in e-Business or Marketing.

• High level of English

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital environments and omnichannel project management.

• Specific knowledge of the area of expertise for which you have been hired (content marketing, social media marketing, digital analytics, inbound marketing, monitoring and analysis of results ...)

• Knowledge and experience in the creation, implementation and monitoring of multi-channel digital projects.

• Knowledge of the most common digital tools and platforms and search for trends

• Knowledge in multichannel stock analysis through digital analytical tools and BI.
