The Detail Shop Clerk performs identified clerical duties to support the Detail Shop. Daily tasks can include data entry, answering phones, and typical office work along with keeping inventory and paperwork organized.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Set work orders in V-Trace
• Post charges to vehicle account
• Verify the correct charges are submitted
• Process Customer Billing
• Check off each job and return the work order to the Manager if all work has been completed
• Respond to customer inquiries pertaining to vehicles

Qualifications:

• Auction knowledge and experience preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail or organizational skills required
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
