Smile & Co is a state of the art, fee for service start-up General Dental practice and we are supportive, professional and fun. We are seeking a motivated and passionate dental receptionist to deliver the best dental experience to every patient every day. Practice is seeking personable, caring, energetic, efficient, punctual individual to join our team. We are looking for an individual who will grow with us and become an office manager.

Requirements:

  • Having a high level of patient care
  • Dental or hospital receptionist experience – plus but not required
  • Knowledge of computer skills
  • Knowledge of Dental software – plus but not required (we use Open Dental)
  • Being organized and punctual
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Knowledge of social media - plus
  • Spanish speaking - plus but not required

Duties:

  • Manage patient scheduling and direct patient traffic flow
  • Record and manage patient data according to our regulations and policies
  • Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries
  • Present treatment plans to patients
  • Handle insurance and payment transactions

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18 - $25 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
