Dental Science is a full service dental lab offering fixed and removable restorations. Dental Science has been in business since 2007 and is currently servicing Dentist throughout the U.S. Dental Science offers a full service implant milling center, specializing in custom milled implant abutments as well as custom milled titanium bars for hybrid and over-denture cases. • We're looking for a friendly, educated and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, resolving concerns and problem-solving in person, on the phone and through email.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving shipments of dental materials and products
• Verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices
• Documenting and entering received items into Evident Labs software
• Preparing and shipping orders to customers
• Maintaining accurate inventory records in Evident Labs software
• Reconciling discrepancies between physical inventory and Evident Labs software
• Maintaining a clean and organized shipping and receiving area
• Insure that customers are heard and well attended to.
• Display a pleasant and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints and resolve problems.
• Stay abreast of company policies and procedures.
• Regularly communicate with other departments.
• Be a team player.

Policies and Procedures:

• All incoming shipments must be checked against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy
• Any discrepancies or damaged items must be reported immediately to the head of department
• All received items must be entered into Evident Labs software within 24 hours of receipt
• All outgoing shipments must be properly packaged and labeled, and shipping labels must be generated
• Any discrepancies between physical inventory and Evident Labs software must be investigated and resolved in a timely manner
• Any unfilled data on prescriptions must be filled in before processing case by contacting office or representative who helped submit the case.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
