Sales/Customer Support

Job Summary: Primarily responsible for providing effective customer care for Carolina CoverTech customers and visitors. The position will have an in-depth knowledge of company products and team members.

You’ll have success here if you value processes and are qualified to do the following:

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

· Correspond with and answer customers regarding requests for product information, orders status, purchase orders, change orders, returns, proof of delivery and schedules.

· Work with Sales to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

· Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

· Service as first point of contact for telephone and walk in traffic

· Work with Sales, Engineering, and Production to meet customer expectations

· Acknowledge customer purchase orders

· Create and maintain inventory items in ERP

· Create RMAs for returns

· Provide support to other areas as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
