Community Health Center of South Central Texas, Inc. (CHCSCT, Inc.), a FQHC, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Seguin Family Health Center location.

CSR would be responsible for checking in/out patients and verifying insurance eligibility for a fast paced center. Provides clerical support to assigned department in the areas of patient registration, record preparation and maintenance, release of patient information and appointments scheduling, and data entry of client information into Electronic Health Records (EHR).
