We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Timberline is seking an individual with excellent customer service skills. This person will greet and acknowledge customers in a positive and informative manner.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Guides customers through their order process and verifies accuracy
• Becomes well-versed in all aspects of customer service and communicates care procedures in a friendly, positive, and informative manner
• Works with customers to resolve product issues and replacement of product, if necessary
• Complete random quality and quantity checks on packages

Requirements of the job:

• Must be detail and task-orientated

• Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
• Must have strong communication and writing skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
