POSITION SUMMARY
Grand European Travel is looking for enthusiastic team members who love to learn about (and talk about) international vacations!
If you wake up every morning with the desire to journey farther and share your love of travel with others, we would like to welcome you on board and join our happy team as a Customer Service Representative and begin your career in travel.
In Office position. Office based in Tigard, OR
THIS ROLE INVOLVES:
- Sales: Answering incoming calls, chats, and emails from interested, qualified travel intenders and matching the right product to every client based on their travel needs and style. Never any cold calling. Participate in promotional sales initiatives throughout the year for additional incentives in addition to standard commission.
- Customer Service: Leading every interaction through a service lens, building, and developing relationships with new and repeat guests, travel partners, and your team.
- Collaboration: Partnering with your manager and teammates to meet your individual goals and contribute to the overall sales goals for company.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may be raised by a client with the support of your supervisor and team.
- Education: A quest for knowledge to understand the brands you represent and the locations we travel to.
MUST HAVES:
- Reliable: Show up on time as scheduled and be a valuable member of the team
- Schedule: Availability to work any shift during business hours including weekends (if needed) Current business hours are M-F 7 am-5 pm
- Flexible: Ability to work overtime if needed
Salary Range
- $19.00 an hour
