HK Logistics Corp is looking for a candidate in an Office Environment Position in our Warehousing Division. HK Is a family established business that is not only a trucking company but also has multiple warehouses in Southgate, Santa Fe Springs and Whittier. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3PL, Distribution Fulfillment Experience
• Accounting Software Experience, ERP and /or WMS Software Experience
• Inventory Software
• Intermediate with Microsoft Office applications that include Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Bilingual
• Routing Experience for all Major Retailers
• General office, data entry and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to utilize time management and learn quickly
• Comfortable working in warehouse environment

Job Duties Can Include But Not Limited To:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Administrative duties including but not limited to receive/process inbound paperwork, process bill of lading for the warehouse, processing paperwork for the warehouse, file, copy documents, and other general duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
