Job Title: Trade Show Supervisor / Customer Service
Reports To: Sales Manager
Summary:
The Trade Show Supervisor / Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the trade show department, including customer service, order fulfillment, and event set-up and tear-down. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the trade show industry and be able to provide excellent customer service to clients. This position will also help with Customer Service at the office when not working on or at Expo's/ Conferences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trade show department, including customer service, order fulfillment, and event set-up and tear-down.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing recommendations.
- Manage a team of trade show representatives and help train new staff members.
- Work with clients/ EventRent staff to develop and execute trade show installs, maintenance, and teardowns..
- Maintain promoter/ venue relationships and Build Target lists for new potential clients/ tradeshows.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the trade show industry.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
