Compass Gymnastics is South County's premiere gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja program. Locally owned - Proudly serving Chula Vista and the surrounding area.

Our customer service associates are responsible for providing friendly, engaging service and support to all families, visitors, and staff. Other duties include assisting with registration and billing, keeping the lobby and all common areas clean, and supporting coaches when needed.

• Prior customer service experience required - minimum two years.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Must be available a minimum of Mon 3:20-7:30pm, Fri 2:50-7:00pm, and Sat 8:45am-1:30pm every week. Additional weekday afternoon shifts are also available.
• Prior coaching experience or child care experience strongly preferred. We will provide training for supporting our classes & coaches!
• Must have the physical ability to lead and interact in group activities and perform physical skills including demonstrating and spotting.
• Must love working with awesome families and coaches!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
