ShorePoint Health is proud to be opening a Brand New ER/Urgent Care facility in Cape Coral. This is the only Hybrid ED/Urgent care model in the area. Located in vibrant Cape Coral. The Free Standing ED/Urgent Care is conveniently located off U.S. 41 and less than 15 minutes off the interstate.

Requirements:
Experience: A least 2 years CT/Radiology experience in FSED.
Education: Graduate of approved AA program in Radiological Technology; ARRT; BLS American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
License: Graduate of approved AA program in Radiological Technology; ARRT; BLS American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Certification in CT
POSITION PURPOSE
The Radiologic/CT Technologist, under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director, performs all Radiology/CT procedures in accordance with ACR, State Regulations, and departmental policies. Possesses highly technical skills to operate sophisticated equipment for the above mentioned examinations. The CT Technologist is able to perform duties of an ARRT Technologist as required in addition to performing CT duties. Responsible for all aspects of general radiology, fluoroscopy and surgical radiology. Facilitates the smooth operation of the department by performing a broad range of duties. Receives and processes paperwork; maintains on-going departmental records, performs exams according to policy while assuring patient safety, comfort and protection, assists radiologist and attending physician, communicates effectively and appropriately, works efficiently and productively, maintains a clean and safe environment by demonstrating proper use and care of equipment, reflects a caring attitude for patients, visitors, and employees and stays abreast of changes through continuing education programs.
