Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving food and beverages, including soft-serve ice cream, burgers, hot dogs, and more
• Taking customer orders, operating the cash register, and handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and countertops
• Following food safety guidelines and maintaining proper food temperatures
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
