POSITION: Corporate Recruiter

Travel between Oregon and Washington branches regularly, and travel to other locations once per quarter.

THE POSITION

We’re looking for a full-time Corporate Recruiter to help rebuild our locations after COVID-19 with people you will help identify as a long-term fit by learning our Culture and new Values and Mission statement, and utilizing additional resources like personality assessments, etc. This role will be compensated with an excellent salary, bonus, benefits, and expense reimbursements.

In addition to proactively recruiting for all 7 US locations, you will also be trained to help support with the following areas:

• Human Resources Admin – Help create documentation and processes
• Training – Help create training plans for new employees and track progress. Travel to locations to help implement training plans
• Recruitment – Attend local Universities and Vo-Tech schools for proactive recruitment
• Customer Service – Help answer employee inquiries with kindness and positivity

• Base salary: $55K - $70K+, range based on education and experience
