Job description
Job responsibilities:
- Act in the capacity of subject matter expert for the Alteryx COE Integration & Scheduling process
- Oversee the design, development & delivery of standard reports, automation workflows and dashboard tools
- Create innovative solutions to management reporting needs
- Interact with technical teams to enhance and troubleshoot system issues and inefficiencies
- Coordinate the collection of system requirements for the consolidated reporting initiative.
- Assist in QA & UA testing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting, automation and/or dashboard development
- Minimum Technical skills: SQL, Python, or other scripting language
- Preferred Technical skills: Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview & Qlik Sense, SAP Business Objects, Cognos
- Consummate team player
- Innovative, self-motivated and solutions oriented
- Ability to create efficiencies by implementing and driving best practices
- Superior organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and technical skills
- Ability to grasp and manage big picture
- Extensive working knowledge of system management practices

- Automate and deliver standardized management reports
- Partner with technology team to develop and implement solutions to enhance the sales reporting infrastructure
- Develop and manage proof of concept tools to provide requirements for strategic solutions
- Enhance efficiency and consistency of reporting environment
- Enhance ad-hoc reporting capabilities for broad user community
- Ensure commonly used formulas and variables are built into reporting universe
- Ensure the reporting elements are organized, clearly labeled, and assigned meaningful descriptions
- Ensure that supporting databases are designed efficiently to maximize performance
- Work with broader Sales Support teams to design effective solutions to management reporting needs.
- Assist in training and facilitate office hours
