The Sales Infrastructure Dashboard & Automation Associate will act as a business liaison and subject matter expert responsible for the ongoing development and administration of various reporting initiatives and platforms (i.e.: XIB Business Objects, Wholesale Client Profitability Cognos, Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense , etc.). This will require a strong understanding of the end-to-end business needs and alignment with corresponding technical capabilities. The role is responsible for partnering with various teams and liaising with business management and P&A to collect, prioritize, implement, and test business requirements for reports, automation workflows and dashboards. This role will also play a key part in building out and supporting the Alteryx Center of Excellence Integration and Scheduling process.

Job responsibilities:

• Act in the capacity of subject matter expert for the Alteryx COE Integration & Scheduling process
• Oversee the design, development & delivery of standard reports, automation workflows and dashboard tools
• Create innovative solutions to management reporting needs
• Interact with technical teams to enhance and troubleshoot system issues and inefficiencies
• Coordinate the collection of system requirements for the consolidated reporting initiative.
• Assist in QA & UA testing

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting, automation and/or dashboard development
• Minimum Technical skills: SQL, Python, or other scripting language
• Preferred Technical skills: Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview & Qlik Sense, SAP Business Objects, Cognos
• Consummate team player

• Enhance ad-hoc reporting capabilities for broad user community
• Ensure commonly used formulas and variables are built into reporting universe
• Ensure the reporting elements are organized, clearly labeled, and assigned meaningful descriptions
• Ensure that supporting databases are designed efficiently to maximize performance
• Work with broader Sales Support teams to design effective solutions to management reporting needs.
• Assist in training and facilitate office hours
