Commercial HVAC
Shift: Days (8 to 10 hour shifts OT)
Pay: $26 + (based on experience)
Location: Vary upon project
Job Description:
- Install sheet metal
- fabricate and assembly
- Measure dimensions, using hand tools fastened joints and seams with solder, welder, bolts, and metal clamps.
- Install assemblies include HVAC duct work and pipe using hand and power tools to trim and buff metal surfaces
- Blueprint reading, cut and weld pieces together according to specifications
- Connect pieces and secure seams by riveting, rolling, soldering, or steel screws
- Perform work as assigned
- Work with prefabricated metal for HVAC installs, fabricate and alter parts to fit over forms and fixtures
- Install plumbing and piping.
Must Have:
- Basic hand tool, tape measure, tape snips(Red & Green) , pliers, vice grips, hammer, screw driver, sharpie, chalk, Drill. PPE: boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and high visibility.
- Read construction blueprints to build HVAC box
- HVAC certifications
- Work independently - little to no supervision
Physical Requirements:
- Bending, climb, squat, lift heavy materials and tools,
- Not afraid of heights
- Working inside and outside - heat/rain/weather
