Hourly wage PLUS monthly bonus

AVERAGE EARNINGS
Junior Installer 40,000-60,000 yearly
Lead Installer 80,000- 110,000 yearly

Full-time - Monday through Friday, with possible overtime

Renewal by Andersen, a premier replacement window and door company, is seeking highly motivated window and patio door installers.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• This is a very hands-on position. You will need to be able to take instruction well and use power tools

Basic skills needed:

• General construction experience, 1-2 years.
• Ability to use power tools (e.g., skill/circular saw, miter saw, framing nailers/nail guns)
• Previous window experience preferred, but not required
• Problem solving skills
• Great attitude

Physical demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Walk and stand on uneven surfaces
• Lift and carry at least 70 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders 40ft in height or greater
• Comfortable working outdoors in the elements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
